This review is for the Fairview heights location. We ordered and got our pizza pretty quick we live over in Belleville. I'm a real Pizza connoisseur I like my pepperoni thin so it's not chewy slightly Brown around the edges and I like my sausage and chunks not ground I like a sweet and tangy sauce and primarily mozzarella real mozzarella not the fake stuff. I like my crust thin and cook long enough that it will support the toppings without turning the mush. You guys nailed it! Great customer service and really good pizza is kind of hard to find. Keep up the good work!

We have ordered from jet pizza at liberty township Oh location 007 for many years the last 3 times we placed an delivery order they forgot to bring the side of jalapeños.on 2 occations a driver returned with the jalapeño and buffalo sauce. The third time after forgetting the jalapeño and buffalo sauce a manager named Evan called us to say they were to busy to bring the forgotten items and we could come to the store to pick them up or be refunded the $2. No apologies given. After short discussion he stated we should take our business elsewhere because we were complaining. How rude!!! So much for Jets Pizza

Went last week and got two three inch wings. Like Barbie doll toys. They say they’l get the regular sized wings Tuesday. Well it’s Thursday and I took my chance. And they did comp my last weeks order. So we decide we gonna get the wings again. Hubby goes and gets them, and this is what I got yet again!!! Yes she threw in 3 extra wings, but that doesn’t make up for even one of them! Then charge $11/$12 for these things? ARE U KIDDING MEEEEE!!! (The pic on the left is from last week. Pic on the right is from tonight. May 7 2026. Had to go to McDonald’s and get a full meal since I was left very hungry after this joke of a meal! The breadsticks and calzone was for my husband. Can’t eat pizza sauce or tomato sauce of any kind. I loved jets wings but twice now? Yeah I won’t b returning ever again. And I don’t want any comps! I’ve learned my lesson. Jets has no business was selling or serving these to the public and for that price too! Idc if they throw in an extra two or three wings. That equals one wing imo. These wings aren’t worth but a quarter a piece!!! (Jets pizza Toledo Ohio Glendale ave)

Posting this now, Location off auburn in rochester Hills DO NOT GO TO, I SAT OUTSIDE AND WATCHED THEM EAT SIDES WITH THEIR BARE HANDS, also night manager, didnt know if he was annoyed, ordered 2 slices as i walked out he told them make it very small, it indeed was the size of 1 piece. Hire new people plain and simple, disgusting, and i never leave reviews.
